-Includes (3) 1 hour coach based training sessions per week
Total of 12 hours customized coaching! (less than 30.00 a sesson)
-Athlete will do 4 consecutive weeks during the “adaptation” phase
-Athlete will continue to alternate 1 week on / 1 week off, during “maintenance” phase
-We track and analyze your progress through pulse oximetry via iSPO2 software
-Our staff will work to accommodate your schedule and training via our Online Booking system

-Includes (3) 1 hour training sessions per week

-Workouts include Hypoxic Exercise sessions. Studies show significant additional gains
from adding a few moderate-intensity Hypoxic Workouts to your regimen.
-Athlete will continue to alternate 1 week on / 1 week off, during “maintenance” phase
-We track and analyze your progress through pulse oximetry via iSPO2 software
-Our staff will work to accommodate your schedule and training

Race Primer

Uh OH! you just lost your KOM/QOM to … We have all seen this email message at some point or another, often times its just seconds more of pain to regain the KOM/QOM. The alternative is to create a larger gap of time between athletes wanting the title, with this 3 session race primer, you should** see improvement in your time and feel like you conquered the mountain/segment with little effort.

Training Mask

The neoprene face mask is used for training and is your own mask. This is a one time purchase and stored at our office for your convenience with your name, so nobody will mistake getting cooties from one another.

*Summit and Standard price levels are based on a 4 week build period followed by a per week fee to maintain your high altitude state with sessions every other week.
** Some Athletes see the effects of High Altitude Training in as little as 3 sessions while others it may take longer (why we offer the month long packages)
